DELIVERY POLICY

Once I receive your order, you will be sent an initial confirmation email containing the order details. This confirmation will be sent to you on the next day.

Unless I am away from my studio for an exceptional circumstance, which would be disclosed on the home page of this website, your order will be posted within 1-2 business days. Rarely will there be an exceptional circumstance, but in such an event, it would be 2-3 weeks at the most until your order is posted. I will notify you via email as soon as possible with an approximate despatch date.

If you would like to receive the product by a specific date and time, please email me at info@kelvinbirk.com with the product details so I can ensure availability.

DELIVERY PRICES

The customer will be responsible for paying the cost of shipping and delivery.

For UK orders, a flat rate of £20 will be appended to your order to account for shipping and insurance fees. A fee of £10 will be added to your order for each additional item to account for extra insurance costs.

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail special delivery (delivery time - guaranteed next day by 1pm, except certain parts of Scotland & islands or weekends).

All other international orders will be sent by Mail Boxes Etc. for a fee of £80. An additional £40 charge will be applied with each additional item. Delivery times to the U.S. and Europe average at 3 days but may be slightly more or less depending on whether you live in an urban or rural area. Please allow approximately 1 week for shipping to Africa, South America, Australia, or Asia. Again, delivery times may be slightly more or less time depending on whether you live in an urban or rural area.

Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of duties and local taxes where applicable, and you may be required to pay a customs clearance handling fee. RETURNS POLICY

I hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, refunds and exchanges are available for certain products.

For bespoke commissions, refunds/exchanges are not available. However, for the products listed on my online shop, refunds/exchanges are available if you find that the product does not match your expectations, does not fit, etc.

Please notify me via email within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. I ask that you return the goods within 2 weeks of receiving your order, but I must receive the goods within 1 month of your receiving the order. In exceptional circumstances, I will allow that international returns sent at the lowest shipping rate may take longer to arrive. Please send the tracking information to me ASAP at info@kelvinbirk.com.

Please ensure that the goods are returned in the same condition that you received them and packaged in the same way. Refunds and exchanges will not be given on any items that have been visibly worn or used.

You will be responsible for the return postage, which should be addressed to Kelvin J. Birk, W10 Cockpit Bloomsbury, Cockpit Yard, Northington Street, London WC1N 2NP UK. I recommend that you choose a delivery option that includes insurance and tracking, as any products lost in transit are your responsibility.

If you request a refund, this will be issued within 7 days, though the credit may take longer appear in your account. Refunds are subject to the product having been quality checked. I will send you a confirmation email regarding the refund. Please note that I am not able to refund either the original or the return postage costs.

If you successfully request an exchange, the replacement item will be sent to you with no extra delivery charge. Please note that you will be responsible for payment of duties and local taxes where applicable, and you may be required to pay a customs clearance handling fee.

I will email you with updates on the delivery of the replacement item. Following the initial exchange, if a second exchange is then requested, you will incur the delivery charges for the replacement item.

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty product, please email me at info@kelvinbirk.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with an explanation and photographic evidence of the problem. Please do not send the product back until I have responded to your email with specific return instructions.
